On the other hand, in contrast to this short-sighted view, far removed from social values, which focuses merely on responsibilities and costs, it is possible to present the proper management of occupational risk prevention for displaced workers as a real business strategy, since it allows not only to avoid possible occupational diseases and accidents that would reduce the productivity of the displaced workforce, but, at the same time, to have a differentiating element with respect to the competition between companies and a retainer of talent.

So far we have dealt with the problem of the preventive regulations applicable to posted workers, but we should not close this chapter without dealing with a purely technical issue, i.e., the situation generated by the fact of posting itself. Occupational risk prevention must be adapted to the reality of each worker and, in the case of secondments, we must understand the singularity of this labor reality (point 3.1.) so that, once confronted with the various situations that can generate corporate liability (point 3.2.), it allows us to specify and articulate the preventive obligations with respect to seconded workers (point 3.3).
